Hyperion support and migration questions
Yes. We support Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO and ASO), HFM, Financial Reporting, and Shared Services. That includes administration, patching and upgrades, calc scripts and MaxL automation, performance tuning, job scheduling and runbooks, and root-cause analysis for production issues.
Either can be the right choice. Oracle has committed to Premier Support for Hyperion 11.2 through at least 2037 and reviews that date every year, so staying on premises remains a solid option if you are on 11.2. If you are on an older release, we can upgrade you. Moving to the cloud removes infrastructure and upgrade work and gives you Oracle's newest features through monthly updates. We walk through cost, risk, and your roadmap to help you decide.
