Project Investment Guide

Honest pricing, without the guesswork.

We cannot give you a fixed number before understanding your environment. Here is exactly how our pricing works, from first look to final scope.

Typical project investment ranges

Use these to assess fit before we talk. Final scope is confirmed in a paid scoping assessment, but these are the real-world ranges from our delivered projects.

NSPB Implementation

NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, new or remediation

$30K to $75K project

  • Model design & dimension build
  • Actuals load & data integration
  • Form, report & dashboard build
  • User training & UAT support
Range widens with entity count, custom drivers, or multi-department planning. Free actuals load promo applies to qualified new implementations.
4 to 12 weeks

Hyperion to EPM Cloud Migration

On-prem Planning, HFM, or Essbase to Oracle Cloud EPM

$75K to $200K project

  • Environment audit & migration roadmap
  • Application re-build & data migration
  • Integration mapping (FDMEE / Data Mgmt)
  • Parallel run, cutover & hypercare
Lower end: single module (for example Planning only), under 5 entities. Upper end: multi-module (Planning + HFM + Essbase), complex integrations, 10+ entities.
8 to 20 weeks

Adaptive Planning Implementation

Workday Adaptive, new build or optimization of underused licenses

$50K to $120K project

  • Dimensional model & structure design
  • ERP integration (NetSuite, Workday, SAP)
  • Financial & workforce planning build
  • Report templates & scenario modeling
Many clients already hold licenses. Remediation of a failed prior implementation typically runs 40 to 60% of a fresh build.
6 to 16 weeks

Managed Governance

Post go-live EPM operations, monitoring & ongoing optimization

$6K to $13K / month

  • Incident management & monthly updates
  • Enhancement request backlog
  • Regression testing & compliance support
  • Opt-out with 14-day notice
Tier 1 (100 hrs/mo) starts at $6K. Tier 2 (200 hrs/mo) starts at $11K. Annual commitment receives 20% discount.
Month-to-month

Healthcare EPM

Cost allocation, service line reporting, Epic-connected finance

$100K to $250K project

  • Department & service line cost allocation
  • Epic / EHR data integration
  • Regulatory & variance reporting build
  • FP&A model design for CFO team
Healthcare pays a premium for specialization, and rightfully so. Procurement cycles run 90 to 120 days; budget accordingly.
12 to 24 weeks
These are ranges, not quotes. Your actual investment depends on your environment complexity, number of entities, integrations, data sources, and existing configuration. A project at the low end of a range typically has 1 to 3 integrations, under 5 entities, and no legacy data migration. The scoping assessment below is how we confirm the number that applies to you.

2The Bridge

Paid Scoping Assessment

Before we can give you a fixed-fee project proposal, we need to understand your environment. The scoping assessment is how we do that, on a defined budget, with a defined output.

EPM Environment Assessment

A structured 2 to 3 week engagement that audits your current environment, maps your requirements, and produces a fixed-fee project proposal with scope, timeline, and investment, ready for budget approval.

$3,500 to $7,500

fixed fee · 2 to 3 weeks

Credited toward project if you proceed

What happens during the assessment

  1. 1

    Environment Audit (Week 1)

We document your current stack: what modules, versions, integrations, entity count, user count, and data sources. We identify technical debt and migration risk.

  2. 2

Requirements Mapping (Week 1 to 2)

We run structured sessions with your finance and IT teams to define future-state requirements, workflow changes, and reporting needs.

  3. 3

    Scope & Proposal (Week 2 to 3)

We produce a written SOW with fixed-fee tiers, defined inclusions, a delivery timeline, and the team composition required, ready for internal approval.

What you receive at the end

  • Current-state environment documentation (your EPM estate, mapped)
  • Risk register: integration gaps, data quality issues, version concerns
  • Future-state architecture recommendation
  • Fixed-fee project proposal with 3 scope options (S / M / L)
  • Implementation timeline with named milestones
  • Team composition and roles required
  • ROI model: projected time and cost savings post-implementation
You own the output.Even if you decide not to proceed with CloudADDIE, the assessment deliverables belong to you and can be used with any implementation partner. There is no lock-in.

Our scope change policy: Any work beyond the defined tier scope requires a written change order, pre-approved before work begins. Change order rates are pre-negotiated at assessment and locked for the project duration. We will never surprise you with a retroactive invoice. If our scoping missed something that should have been in scope, we absorb it.
