If you worked in on-prem Hyperion, you know what a major upgrade actually meant: months of scoping, a dedicated project plan, a test environment you hoped behaved like prod, and a go-live window that had the whole team holding their breath. It wasn't a task, it was a project. Sometimes a painful one.
That world is behind us. At CloudADDIE, we work exclusively in Oracle EPM Cloud, with clients who are done white-knuckling legacy infrastructure and ready to move fast. Oracle handles the upgrades. We handle everything that makes those upgrades matter: the implementations, the models, the integrations, and the finance teams who depend on all of it.

The role
What you will own
You will be embedded in real client engagements from day one, implementing, optimizing, and problem-solving across Oracle EPM Cloud environments in healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services. No two weeks look the same.
- Build and configure PBCS / EPBCS planning models: metadata, forms, business rules, and data loads
- Own dimension maintenance, substitution variables, and security provisioning across client environments
- Work with Data Management / FDMEE to keep ERP-to-EPM integrations accurate and reliable
- Build reports in Financial Reporting Studio and support ad hoc analysis in Smart View
- Be the client's go-to: interface directly with FP&A and finance teams, not just back-end systems
- Bring ideas to the table: if you see a better way to build something, we genuinely want to hear it
- Grow into full implementation leads: the path is real, the runway is yours
Must have
- 3 to 5 years hands-on with Oracle PBCS or EPBCSRequired
- Business rules and calc scripts: you can read one and know exactly what it is doing
- Form design and member formula experience
- Familiarity with Data Management / FDMEE
- Green Card holder or US CitizenRequired
- A drive to figure things out, even when Oracle's documentation sends you in circles
We will train you, bonus if you have it
- Workday Adaptive Planning or NetSuite NSPBBonus
- Data Analytics or BI background: Power BI, Tableau, EssbaseBonus
- Advanced Excel: the kind where you have opinions about XLOOKUP
- FP&A or finance background: knowing why the numbers matter
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification (we'll invest in getting you there)
- Healthcare or manufacturing industry experience
Compensation and benefits
$80,000 to $90,000
Annual base salary · W2 · Based on experience
