ADDIE Management Studio (AMS) is our newest all-in-one, cloud enabled data management application to track your business’s needs and development! Introducing: ADDIE Management Studio by CloudADDIE.

Today, we will be looking at one of the many brilliant features this comprehensive service has to offer: Appointment Tracking!

With appointment tracking your business will be able to:

  • Create, cancel or change appointments easily
  • Track upcoming appointments
    • View appointments by date
    • View upcoming appointments on a day-to-day basis

Create, Cancel, or Change Appointments Easily

Creating a new appointment in AMS is simple! Input general information such as: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, and Service under our “Create a New Appointment” table. Once the information is submitted, your appointment and client information will be loaded into the system automatically.

You may also make a change or cancel an appointment swiftly with by clicking the “Change Appt” and “Cancel Appt” buttons above the “Create New Appointment” table. Additionally, our software will automatically block a user from double booking an appointment!

Track Upcoming Appointments

Once an appointment is made, it can be tracked and viewed in a couple of different ways.

Keep track of the day/week ahead with the “Upcoming Appointments” table. Neatly organized and featured at the top of the page, this table lists all upcoming appointments chronologically in a clean and organized table. This helps you plan out your upcoming week accordingly and guarantees that you won’t miss an appointment!

You can also view appointments by date. Towards the right of your screen, you will see a monthly calendar. Click any day of the month to see appointments for that day skillfully listed below.
